Зміна розміру плати за абонентське обслуговування споживачів багатоквартирних будинків

Відповідно до Закону України «Про житлово-комунальні послуги» від 09.11.2017 № 2189-VII», Правил надання послуг з централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 05.07.2019 №690 (зі змінами, внесеними згідно з постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 02.02.2022 р. №85) з 01 серпня 2023 року встановити розмір плати за абонентське обслуговування

  • у розрахунку на одного абонента для споживачів послуг з централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення – 38,06 гривні на місяць з ПДВ, в т.ч.:
  • з централізованого водопостачання 19,03 грн. з ПДВ;
  • з централізованого водовідведення 19,03 грн. з ПДВ.

Плата за абонентське обслуговування для одного абонента централізованого водопостачання та/або централізованого водовідведення не може перевищувати граничного розміру, розрахованого відповідно до постанови КМУ від 21.08.2019 №808 «Про встановлення граничного розміру плати за абонентське обслуговування у розрахунку на одного абонента для комунальних послуг, що надаються споживачам багатоквартирних будинків за індивідуальними договорами».

Граничний розмір плати за абонентське обслуговування у розрахунку на одного абонента у 2023 році:

  • з 01.12.2022р. – 38,07 грн.

Розмір абонплати затверджений наказом ТзОВ «Енергія – Новий Розділ» від 10.07.2023р. №15. Абонплата сплачується щомісячно – її розмір буде вказаний у додатковому рядку у розрахунковій квитанції. На плату за абонентське обслуговування надається державна субсидія. ТзОВ «Енергія – Новий Розділ» повідомить управління соціального захисту щодо укладених договорів та розміру абонплати. Але її несплата може призвести до виникнення заборгованості з подальшою втратою субсидії.
